Ordering a high quality restoration could not be easier.

If you know exactly what you want, just send your pictures with your instructions enclosed to our address. We will contact you if there is anything we need to discuss before starting work.

If you need more information on how to tackle the picture or about the many options please call, e-mail or write and we will be happy to discuss your requirements, without obligation.

Always send your pictures by registered/recorded post, carefully packed so that no further damage can occur. Remove frames and glass unless doing so would risk further damage. Acceptable scans can be made through glass so if the picture is stuck please do not try to remove it as you may make things worse. Use plenty of bubblewrap or similar packaging.

We take every care with your photographs, handling them with the same respect and attention as we would our own. Nevertheless we accept no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused, while your pictures are in our possession, or in transit to you. Sending your pictures to us denotes your acceptance of these terms.

All of our projects are quoted individually and costs will vary according to the time required and complexity of restoration. Please see the relevant pages for a reasonable idea of the output from the three key price bands.

If your photos are already in a digital format: ie they have been scanned into your PC, are on a photo CD or have been taken with a digital camera, you can send them to us via email to orders@photoheritage.co.uk.

Please read our resolution guide for scanned photos.
