Photo Heritage accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to your original
images whilst in our possession or whilst in transit.
Proof of postage by you will not be taken as proof of delivery to us. We strongly
recommend that you send your photos by either ‘Recorded Delivery’ or ‘Special Delivery’
because these will enable you to trace any lost items and, possibly, claim compensation
for any loss or damage to your valuable pictures.
Compensation for any items lost or damaged while in transit using the Royal Mail’s
‘Special Delivery’ service is limited to the maximum stated by the Royal Mail at
the time of despatch (currently £250). No compensation will be payable by us for
any items lost or damaged whilst in transit when using any other service or method.
Photo Heritage’s “money back” guarantee will apply for 30 days after receipt of
the restored images by you. The guarantee will be void unless all items for which
you have paid are returned, including any additional copies of your photos and CDs.
